Yes, 100%. Authenticity is our absolute priority. We source all our footwear, sports apparel, and premium football kits directly from official brand networks and licensed distributors. We do not deal in replicas, counterfeits, or factory seconds. Every item passes strict quality and authenticity checks before entering our fulfillment system.
Why are your prices lower than traditional major retailers?
We operate on a pure-play, high-volume, low-margin business model. By operating strictly online out of our centralized hub in Dubai, we cut out middleman retail markups and massive physical storefront overheads. We intentionally accept smaller profit margins per item so we can pass the real savings directly down to athletes in the GCC.
Is shipping really free for all items?
Yes. We offer completely free shipping on every single order across the entire UAE and all GCC nations (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain). There are no hidden fees or minimum spend thresholds required at checkout to unlock free delivery.
How long does delivery take?
- Within the UAE: 1 to 3 business days.
- Across the GCC (KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain): 2 to 5 business days.
All orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+4) Sunday through Thursday are dispatched to our courier network on the same business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major global credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Apple Pay for seamless one-click mobile checkouts. We also offer flexible interest-free installment plans through Tabby and Tamara, allowing you to split your purchase into 4 equal payments.
Please note: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services at this time to maintain our fast and secure delivery pipelines.
What is your return and exchange window?
- 14-Day Refund Policy: You have exactly 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a full refund back to your original payment card.
- 28-Day Exchange Policy: You have up to 28 calendar days from delivery to request an exchange for a alternative size or item.
What are the strict rules for returning gear?
Because we deal with premium high-performance sports equipment, all returns must meet the following strict criteria during our warehouse quality check:
- Footwear: Running shoes and sneakers must be returned inside their original brand box, which must be completely undamaged. Do not stick or tape labels directly to the shoe box itself.
- Apparel & Kits: All clothing and football jerseys must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and barcodes completely attached in their original placement.
Any items showing signs of use, sweat, outdoor dirt, or missing tags will be sent back to the customer.
How do I know my correct shoe or jersey size?
Since we carry performance products from multiple leading sports brands, fit can vary slightly. We highly recommend checking the specific size chart linked directly on each product page. Performance running shoes often fit tighter than lifestyle casual sneakers; if you are between shoe sizes, we generally recommend choosing half a size larger.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
